Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for the AImaxHub NEP 2020 Internship Program 2025–26, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not register or use our platform.

2. Eligibility

This program is open to undergraduate students enrolled in recognised Indian universities or colleges, studying BA, B.Com, B.Sc, BBA, or BCA. By registering, you confirm that you are currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program.

3. Program Access

• Program access will be activated for all registered students on the batch start date.
• All video modules and study material will be available within the student dashboard.
• Students must complete all modules to be eligible for the certificate.
• The certificate will be issued only to students who complete the full program.

4. Registration and Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and truthful information during registration. Providing false information may result in cancellation of your registration without refund.
• One registration is valid for one student only. Sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited.

5. Intellectual Property

All program content including video lectures, study material, and course curriculum is the intellectual property of AImaxHub. Students may use the material for personal learning only. Reproducing, distributing, or sharing program content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

6. Certificate

The internship certificate issued by AImaxHub is issued under MSME registration and is designed to be NEP 2020 aligned. Acceptance for academic credit is subject to the discretion of your college or university. AImaxHub makes no guarantee of academic credit transfer.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Using another student's credentials to access the platform
• Attempting to access, modify, or disrupt the platform's systems
• Sharing, selling, or distributing program content

8. Limitation of Liability

AImaxHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the program. Our total liability is limited to the registration fee paid by the student.
