The registration fee for the AImaxHub NEP 2020 Internship Program 2025–26 (₹199 for AI Content Creation and ₹299 for AI Chatbot & Agent Building) is non-refundable under all circumstances once the payment has been processed and registration is confirmed.
By completing the payment and registration process, you acknowledge and agree that you will not be eligible for a refund of the registration fee.
This program is offered at a significantly subsidised registration fee to make quality AI education accessible to all undergraduate students. The fee covers platform maintenance, curriculum development, certificate generation, and student support. Given the nominal fee structure, we are unable to process refund requests.
No refund will be issued in any of the following cases:
In the rare case of a technical error resulting in a duplicate payment, the excess amount will be credited back to the original payment source within 7–10 working days after verification. Please contact us at contact.aimaxhub@gmail.com with your payment reference to raise a duplicate payment claim.
In the unlikely event that AImaxHub cancels or discontinues the program before the batch start date, a full refund will be processed to all registered students within 7–10 working days.
